Your Privacy Choices
ScoreToClose, a free credit-coaching service offered by Tigh Gunderson, NMLS #1425877, gives every user the following privacy choices, regardless of state of residence.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
ScoreToClose does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no opt-out to enable, because we do not engage in those practices.
Right to Know
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will verify your identity using your account credentials and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Right to Correct
You can request correction of inaccurate information. Most fields can be updated directly from your in-app account settings; for anything you cannot edit yourself, email privacy@scoretoclose.com.
Right to Delete
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Danger Zone in your in-app preferences page, or by emailing privacy@scoretoclose.com. Some records may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
If you provided the last four digits of your Social Security number, you may ask us to limit its use to providing the service. Email privacy@scoretoclose.com to make this request.
Opt Out of Marketing Email
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email privacy@scoretoclose.com. Transactional service emails (account, security, delivery of features you have requested) will continue.
Revoke Realtor Sharing
If you authorized sharing your progress with a realtor, you can revoke that consent at any time from your in-app settings.
